Each school district is required to provide the NH Department of Education form A12B on class and staffing data as well as form A12D on SAU office personnel. This is a detailed breakdown of the number of full-time equivalents for teaching personnel, other professional personnel and support staff. While useful, it is difficult to see an overall trend in staffing levels in all towns. So, a spreadsheet was created taking the information from form A12B and showing the number of teachers, number of aides, and total employees. From this information, a 1-year, 3-year, and 5-year change in staffing levels for teachers, aides, and total employees can be determined and any trends seen.
